The mission of the PSSOA is to provide proactive leadership and expertise in support of the procurement and contracting needs of the CSU by:

• Identifying and promoting best practices;
• Cultivating strategic supply management relationships;
• Facilitating professional development and knowledge-sharing;
• And fostering communication among its constituents, CSU affinity groups and public/private partners.
